Stretch Out After Training Sessions

The training for the World Tournament in July has begun! If you are feeling a bit sore from the training session, check out Monday Morning Yoga at the dojo with certified instructor (and fellow karateka) Juli-Anne Russo. Her yoga sessions are gentle and restorative, allowing you to build and maintain flexibility. Give it a try! Classes are from 10:30-11:30, they are free to Montclair Shukokai Karate students, and $10 per class for non-students.
